401 Commerce Drive
A vacant Maumelle office building taken back to the shell and rebuilt as a multi-tenant workplace. The scope ran from demolition and framing through new electrical and HVAC throughout, plumbing for ADA restrooms, insulation, Type X drywall, paint, flooring, and interior and exterior doors — plus exterior work including brick, roof repair and new asphalt. The architect-designed plan divides the building into eight private offices, a shared conference room, a waiting area and connecting corridors, so suites can be leased individually or combined as tenants grow.
The certificate of occupancy was issued in May 2024 and the building has been in service since. It is also the one project in this portfolio our own team works in every day — MJV Building Group and Hines Homes occupy suites here.
